It depends on your hair type and style! Generally, every 6–8 weeks helps maintain shape and keep ends healthy. If you’re growing your hair out, you might stretch it a bit longer.

Highlights use foils for more defined, uniform lightened sections.
Balayage is hand-painted for a more natural, blended look.
Babylights are very fine highlights that mimic sun-kissed strands.
We’ll talk through what works best for your hair and goals during your consultation!

Use sulfate-free shampoo, avoid washing too often, and protect your hair from heat and sun exposure. I’m happy to recommend salon-quality products to help your colour last.

For colour services, it’s best to come with dry hair that hasn’t been freshly washed (1–2 days is perfect). For cuts or styling, either is fine—we’ll wash it as part of the service if needed!

Yes! Consultations are a great way to talk through ideas, ask questions, and make sure we’re on the same page before your appointment—especially for colour changes or big transformations.
